Capgemini Engineering is hiring highly motivated and innovative **ASIC Back-end HW Engineers **in Italy.

You will be involved in projects related to Industrial & Electronics industry, in our highly experienced ASIC design and verification team, and your activities will involve the design of complex solution targeting next gen technology.

The position offers an excellent opportunity to work with an international skilled team of digital engineers responsible for the delivery of end-to-end designs, from concept to tape-out.

All the activities and tasks will be executed either in presence or in remote working, upon needs.

**Responsibilities Of This Job Include**:

**Your Profile

- Good knowledge of RTL-to-GDSII flow

- Good knowledge of SoC based on ARM and RISC-V architectures.

- Good knowledge and experience with at least one of the following CAD toolchains for back-end tasks: Cadence, Synopsys, Siemens

- Experience in floor planning, place & route, and timing closure.

- Experience in Physical Design of both standalone Ips and SoC designs

- LVS and DRC checks

- Knowledge of the common standards and technologies for digital designs (i. e AMBA, PCIex, DDRs, SPI, Ethernet, DMA, LIN/CAN, NIC/NOC, MIPI/CSI, I2C, ARM, RISC-V).

- Knowledge of the common design standards for complex hardware development and verification is considered as a plus.

- Experience withing the Analog and Mixed-Signal design domain.

- Good knowledge of scripting language such as TCL/Python/Perl

- Experience in drafting documentation and specify technical requirements.

- Good communication, documentation, problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Proficiency with the English language.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
