ASPHALT WORKERWHAT YOU WILL DO: You will contribute to the construction and maintenance of the roads we all use every day.

Your role includes:

Laying asphalt using a paver and compacting it with vibrating rollers. Manual finishing tasks, such as cleaning the base layer, spreading asphalt mix in specific areas (potholes, sidewalks) with a shovel, and compacting hard-to-reach spots using a plate compactor. Maintenance and final touches, like cleaning manholes for a perfect result. REQUIREMENTS: You are a hands-on person, used to manual work, and motivated to learn or improve in operating machines like rollers and pavers.

Your key qualities include:

Good manual skills and physical endurance. Interest in and ability to work with machinery (experience is a plus!

). Teamwork skills and excellent interpersonal abilities. Basic knowledge of Italian (preferred). WHAT WE OFFER YOU: Competitive pay: Gross annual salary (RAL) between 24. 000 and 32. 000 €.

Net monthly salary between 2. 000 and 2. 500 €, depending on hours worked and including travel allowances.

Job stability: Initial 6-months contract with the possibility of extension to a permanent position.

Flexible hours: The work is mainly during the day, but night shifts (8:00 PM - 6:00 AM) may be required.

You won't need to worry about anything.

If needed, we can also provide you with some basic Italian material while we handle all the formalities!
