**Role tasks and responsibilities

The person will act in support of the Prevention and Protection Office, with an operational focus on staff training, assessment of the technical and professional suitability of subcontractors and drawing up safety related company documentation.

**Main duties

- Draw up the company documentation regarding "Security Title I and Title IV of D. Lgs 81/08 (POS, DUVRI, ITP Declarations)";

- Evaluate the documentation and the technical and professional suitability of the Subcontractors (DVR, POS, ITP Documentation);

- Manage and organize safety requirements for the Company personnel: trainings, medical exams and delivery of Dpi (using appropriate management programs and tools);

- Hold training courses for internal staff on workplace health and safety;

- Carry out inspections in the workplaces;

- Manage the orders on the SAP management system;

- Support to the RSPP in updating the risk assessment and company procedures;

- Support to the RSPP in the management of third-party UNI ISO 14001 and UNI ISO 45001 AUDITS.

**Position Requirements

**Recognized titles, professional experiences and qualifications

- Degree on workplace health care and prevention techniques or high school diploma and qualification for the role of ASPP (Module A and Module B);

- Qualification as a safety trainer;

- Preferable one or two years' experience in the workplace safety sector;

- Good knowledge of the Windows Office package tools, in particular Power point, Word and Excel;

- Interest in the world of environmental issues and safety at work;
