**The Team**:
Mattel's Italian Business is looking for an Ass.
Key Account Representative who will have a key role in the Italian Acceleration Plan and who will be an outstanding addition to the sales team.
In this role you will be supporting the Channel Manager in developing the business, dealing with key customers and with a growth and cutomer centric mindset approach.
**Purpose of Position**:
- Develop and implement the key accounts plans.
- Make the sales phasing planning by month.
- Improve business through increasing sales and profitability.
- Market research-competition analysis.
- Support the channel manager in executing the sales and trade marketing strategy with a strict finance control.
**Key Responsibilities
- Development and implementation "win-win" relations with the customers.
- Develop, integrate and implement key accounts plans.
- Deliver customers sales objectives and targets.
- Sales phasing planning by month for the different customer assigned.
- Strict analysis and P&L control from customer assigned.
- Continuous negotiation along the year: contracts, agreements, catalogues, etc.
- Built directly with Marketing and Brands a meaningful customized plan.
While align sales with brands product and quotas target.
- Coordinate with all departments and functional areas from Mattel to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities, bring new ideas and different proposals to improve the business in those accounts.
**What We're Looking For**:
**We require**:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position in a (FMCG), Children or fashion-oriented company, or a multinational company.
- Experience in multi-channel retailing and knowledge about e-retail marketing and e-retail sales.
- Knowledge of the sales techniques.
- Strong proficiency in full Microsoft suite of products
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or similar
- Italian: fluent, English: fluent in written & spoken (previous experience abroad represents a plus)
