Job Description: Adecco Italia Spa is seeking passionate technical graduates interested in energy transformation for the position of Specialized Worker in Wiring/Assembly.

Candidates will be hired with a permanent apprenticeship contract, along with enrollment in a high-level training academy to acquire specific technical skills.

Responsibilities: Assemble and test electrical and mechanical subassemblies according to official procedures, drawings, and higher guidelines.

Follow the internal production and testing plan, reporting issues, deviations, and solutions.

Support related functions and follow up with customers when present.

Adhere to the company's EHS quality rules and standards.

Minimum Requirements: Technical Institute diploma (preferred) or vocational qualification.

Previous technical experience as an electrician/wirer/assembler (preferred).

Availability to work in shifts.

Preferred possession of PES certificate, forklift, and crane usage certificate.

Basic knowledge in mechanics, electricity, wiring, and interpretation of drawings.

Standard knowledge of tools (e. g. , open-end wrenches, drill, torque wrench, screwdriver).

Basic knowledge of the English language.

Good teamwork skills, flexibility, resilience, and problem-solving attitude.
