The Assembly & Test Operator will report to the Assembly & Testing Manager in Mantova. Your MissionAssemble & Test machine performances at Sidel production plant according to safety rules and standards defined, highlighting possible improvements and dangerous or unsafe behaviors. Maintain a clean and well-organized workplace by applying 5S methodology. Perform activities following routings and the standard work provided. Track activities with the relative modules and forms. Highlight any deviation from the standard time, evidencing the cause and proposing actions to resolve the issues. Ensure proper Assembly & Test of machines within the available time while guaranteeing the requested quality of all activities performed. Support and contribute to initiatives of continuous improvement by applying Lean methodology. Compile control cards and final testing reports properly. Your ProfileExperience with PLC is a strong plus. Technical educational background (degree or diploma).
