Our client is seeking an assembly process expert for a key role within their engineering and production department in Avellino.

This position requires a highly skilled individual with an in-depth understanding of manufacturing processes in the industrial manufacturing sector (metals, steelmaking, etc.

).

Responsibilities:Ensuring quality standards during the industrialization of the production process in relation to available equipment and facilities. Setting up and testing new production cycles before implementation. Monitoring the early stages of production in terms of quality, cycle reliability, and productivity. Supervising the technical start-up phase of the plant to validate the process/product and initiate production. Identifying alternative solutions for optimizing the industrialized product. Overseeing the analysis of technical quality issues and coordinating technical production areas for their resolution or adjustment. Ensuring the timely implementation of technical tests, collaborating with planning and production teams to manage results. Collecting all relevant information in the information system, sharing it with responsible parties, and updating the related archive. Communicating with suppliers to keep them informed about new products and technologies and resolving any technical issues encountered. Categoria: Industrial / Manufacturing

Requisiti:Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (also three years) or technical diploma; preferably 3/5 years of experience in process engineering or equivalent in medium-sized companies in the manufacturing sector.

Fluent knowledge of English and willingness to travel abroad.

Proficiency in using 3D and 2D design programs.
