**Partner with the best
In this role you will be responsible to ensuring on-time delivery from the Work In Progress release to Work In Progress completion. You will play a key role in our manufacturing daily activities, coordinating and expediting the flow of materials.
As an Assembly/Test Materials Planning & Execution Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Analyzing critical path of the Supply Chain and identify actions to shorten test execution and delivery lead time
- Analyzing upstream bottleneck/shop capacity and update forecast testing to be aligned with commercial operations demands and internal Supply Chain constraints
- Analyzing internal workload and point out overload to come up with improvements actions
- Coordinating all the Inventory and Excess initiatives
- Interfacing with Manufacturing planning and other functions Engineering/Procurement/ITO to guarantee the planning is aligned with Customer and Business expectations
- Leveraging digitization to develop new tool for smart test bench planning
- Interfacing with Florence Standard Test Material planner for all material (test and job) need for the test
- Coordinating/Supporting Material Planners on short term & long term planning of all components need for the Standard Test area, to ensure Test execution, sales targets and optimize inventory
- Controlling and updating progress of activities inside Cell
- Checking materials and tool availability and shortages management
- Managing of criticalities, daily urgency and Customer notification
**Fuel your passion**:
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor or Master's degree (Engineering preferred) or equivalent experience in Manufacturing environment
- Demonstrate Manufacturing planning processes knowledge
- Have the ability to work in a global environment, with excellent Attitude to work in teams and coordinating cross functional
- Be motivated, determined, accounted and committed
- Be fluent in Italian, both oral and written and hold a EU Work Permit
- Show effective interpersonal and leadership skills
- Strong attention to details
