A few examples of your responsibilities
- Run research to discover the best techniques to measure talent, and develop new assessment methodologies for each stage of our recruitment process.
- Monitor our assessment processes and guide their improvement, to ensure they're accurate, scalable, enjoyable, and fair.
- Manage the creation of new tests by setting guidelines and coordinating with other Spooners.
- Implement a robust and standardized evaluation and monitoring strategy for the new tests—carefully analyzing the results to ensure we understand the tests' effectiveness and use them in the soundest way possible.

We only ask that you're available to your teammates a good chunk of the day (six hours or so).
That's why it's generally best to be based somewhere with a similar time zone—between GMT-2 and GMT+3.
