RESPONSIBILITIES: As part of our team, you will play a critical role in optimizing performance and driving operational excellence. Key responsibilities include: Asset Management and Business Development Support Assist the Head of Asset Management in executing the Asset Management Plan. Support the Head of Business Development with market research and feasibility analyses. Actively participate in monthly asset management meetings with operators to evaluate and enhance performance. Performance Benchmarking Continuously monitor competitors' operating performance using existing and custom-built tools (STR – OTA Insight). Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities and areas for improvement. Strategic Revenue & Cost Management Implement revenue management strategies to enhance market positioning and maximize operating cash flow. Analyze payroll, outsourcing opportunities, productivity, fixed/variable costs, and flow-through to optimize operational efficiency. Operational Measures and ROI Develop and schedule ROI-driven initiatives to improve performance. Oversee the implementation of operating measures to achieve financial and strategic goals. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree / Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred. Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen interest in finance. Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis. Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with SAP and Oracle Opera is a plus. Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional language is highly desirable. J-18808-Ljbffr
