About the Role: We are currently looking for a talented candidate in the Asset & Cash Flow Control Planning & Analysis Department as an Assets & Cash Flow Controller.
The candidate will work in a highly dynamic and international environment within Ferrero.
Main Responsibilities: Coordinates Discretionary Cash Flow planning & controlling process, interacting with all Functions involved.
Collect and validate all relevant cash flow data necessary for the planning process from different local Departments.
Ensure the finalization of the Cash Flow Budget/Forecast planning process in accordance with Group Calendar.
Analyze the actual data and explain the variances vs.planning (BDG / Forecast).
Analyze and monitor the Key drivers in DCF generations (Region P&L, Balance Sheet, Stock).
Interacts with the Region Commercial, Industrial & Supply Chain Controlling, Administration, Credit Management, Tax, and Treasury to explain deviations and Budgetary assumptions.
Ensure compliance with the procedures for loading the Cash Flow data (actual and Budget/Forecasts) into the Reporting Systems.
Liaises with all Functions involved to optimize stock management in the Polo Italia.
Interact with DCF Group function to coordinate input and analysis.
Who we are looking for: Master Degree in Economics & Accounting.
PhD is considered as a plus.
Knowledge of Cash Flow, Asset Accounting, and Investment is needed.
3-5 years of experience in similar roles.
Problem-solving, decision-making, and teamwork skills are considered mandatory for the role.
Organizational Integration and network.
Flexibility, adaptability, and aptitude for teamwork.
High fluency in English (written and spoken).
MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Knowledge of Fedora Platform is considered as a plus.
Availability for business trips.
