We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Asset & Content Manager to join our team in Stockholm.
Reporting into the International Markets (IM) Marketing Director, with a matrix report into the Head of Nordics Market.
The role is based in Stockholm, and operates within a team of 20 marketers working globally.
This role is highly collaborative and will work closely across total IM.
It is expected that this role is able to tap into the wider marketing team to learn and leverage best practice from around the Twinings group.
You will be a part of the International Market team and play a vital role in developing and delivering digital experiences to consumers, shoppers & customers with a focus on the Nordic markets (Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark) but also including other IM markets (Italy, TME, Brazil).
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the operation of the TwO Digital Asset Management platform (Bynder) to collate and classify content across our markets to make it easier for our marketers to discover and utilize.
Track asset use and consumption, generating insights on performance to inform decision making.
Create reports to show ROI and adoption of DAM.
Build, optimize and repurpose assets, including utilizing additional design tools to meet needs of different markets and channels.
Ensure assets and content is friendly to all devices.
Develop the awareness of the Marketing community across International Markets of the newly introduced DAM and the range of Assets it holds.
Influence internal stakeholders as a central expert resource to ensure full utilization of existing assets.
Help support other market teams within IM in their onboarding to this new platform.
With a consumer focus, contribute to consumer experience design, delivering innovative, data-driven, personalized consumer experiences.
Understanding and identifying how we can tailor content to deliver personalized consumer experiences to different audience segments.
Identification and enhancement of content for market-specific needs linking cohesively to our campaigns & brand positioning, collaborating with internal colleagues, external partners, and agencies where required: Enhancement and development of content & assets.

Support innovation with visuals and concepts.
Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseBachelor's degree in Digital Media, Information Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Fluent use of the English language, to a conversational standard in addition to Swedish.
Experience utilizing a Digital Asset platform to optimize the use of assets.
Skilled in the use of various design tools and platforms including hands-on design experience with Adobe Creative Suite specifically Illustrator and Photoshop.
Understanding of content strategy development and content lifecycle management creation.
Strong creative and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail, precision in tagging, categorizing and understanding taxonomy.
Strong & influential communicator, stakeholder management & relationship building skills across multiple levels across local and global teams.
Comfortable thinking strategically and analysing data to generate insights on the success & performance of content, communicating this to the team members to inform future content plans.
Preferably experience in working within FMCG / CPG / Retail.
Ability to train others on use of the DAM, across a range of experiences and levels.
