General:

Site inspections, if required, for the assets under acquisition, for the operating portfolio (Importante Azienda O&M preventive maintenance and big corrective maintenance activities, H&S checks) and for the assets under revamping/repowering. Acquisition:

Review from a technical standpoint the Technical advisor Acquisition DD report and Identification of technical solution for issues highlighted by the TACreate/review with the O&M Contractor, after the acquisition site inspection, the site survey report that should include the list of the Asset Improvement works. Supervision and Management of all Asset Improvements works:

Identification of technical investment proposals for performance improvement (PR or AVL)Review technical/commercial proposals and proactively find alternatives if requiredManage proposals acceptance and supervise/monitor on site works progressManage the execution of the Ordinary and Extraordinary Eng Improvements, key O&M actions, Enhanced Improvements & spare parts acquisition in accordance with post acquisition EPC/O&M contract:

Ensure AI reporting log is updated weekly. Ensure activities are performedwithin Scheduled end datesReview FAP and sign FAC Operation:

Technicallead onrepowering/revamping (full orpartialInverterand/orModulesreplacement)andothertechnicalcapexinitiatives, including:

performing and/or reviewing technical design ("progettazione") and related commercial proposals;reviewing negotiating and signing the EPC Contractreviewing negotiating and signing the Components (i. e.

Modules) purchase agreementproject management of the revamping/repowering works until completion. Standardise technical solutions across the portfolio (security system, internet, module cleaning, spares management, inverter strategy)Support on technical aspects Importante Azienda Claims management (Insurance, Warranty, Contractor)Technical lead on on-site and laboratories testing and inspectionsSupport on corrective maintenance works:

Review technical/commercial proposals and proactively find alternatives if requiredManage proposals acceptance and supervise/monitor on site works progressAssign contractual liabilities at the end of each eventImplementation of consistent naming structure for PV componentsContribute in drafting technical annexes of ContractsReview drawings-design-installations for compliance with codes, best practices, rules, permits, grid connection normsRequisiti:
