PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: As an Asset Equipment Engineer, you will join our Department TLOFYAME4, in the business line Asset Based Services, conducting the following activities: Ensure an excellent service to Yard and to project providing reliable and adequate equipment by proper supervision of maintenance and upgrading activities. ACTIVITIES: Support the asset manager to ensure the management, maintenance, certification and preparation of the equipment assigned; Prepare the technical specification required for the purchase of new assets and follow up the whole supply chain process including the final test in coordination with the procurement and always ensuring the application of Saipem Quality and Safety standards; Prepare the necessary scope of work for the cyclical and extraordinary maintenances of the assigned equipment, coordinate and supervise the execution of the same to ensure the highest possible efficiency; Ensure technical support to the operation team in case of troubleshooting to guarantee the minimum downtime; Coordinate and supervise the subcontractors mobilized to perform the required maintenance or repair works at our Yard; Support the asset manager with the preparation of the budget for the periodic maintenances and proposal of new investments; Ensure the compliance with Saipem HSE and Quality standards. QUALIFICATION: Technical Diploma KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE: Written and spoken English is essential; LABOUR RELATIONSHIP: Employment based on experience YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years of experience IT SKILLS: Office package SOFT SKILLS: Empathy and problem-solving mindset combined with professional integrity; Able to combine theoretical knowledge and practical skills; Be flexible and ready to adapt to an environment in constant change; Eager to travel globally and grow professionally within an international and multicultural environment; NICE TO HAVE: Knowledge of AutoCAD will be considered a plus LOCATION: Position will be based at our Yard in Arbatax and available to travels both national and international; All interested candidates (L. 903/03) are invited to consult the privacy policy in accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of GDPR.
