Duties/Roles: Uses the ERP (Oracle basis) System to process various transactions. Assists and interacts with the AMSB staff and Warehouse. Inventory, monitors and oversees all the equipment under his/her responsibility. Coordinates any requirements. Responsible for property accounting/posting control. Takes action in case of deficiencies and equipment damage and initiates discrepancy procedures. Conducts Asset Management Activities/Support throughout NATO. Conducts warehouse movement and re-organization activity to support the centralization policy of the Agency. Scans equipment, updates databases, and labels equipment. Willing to manage and handle materials. Some physical work, e. g. , moving and lifting of equipment, should be expected. Familiar with handling and safety issues of CIS Assets (equipment). Assists with general cleanliness of all storage areas. Skills, Knowledge, Experience Required: Mandatory: Higher Vocational training in Supply, Logistics, or Warehouse Management with a minimum of 4 years' experience. Experience in Inventorying CIS Equipment for accountability and accuracy. Experience in identification and correction of Asset Management Deficiencies. Experience in Stock Management processes. Knowledge and experience using ORACLE database systems.
