Participate in the asset management of existing development projects (design meetings, interfacing with sellers and capital partners, pulling market research, executing lease or sales analysis, and administrating investor requirements);

- Business Planning, Cash Flow Analysis and reporting;

- Coordinate the work of all the stakeholders involved in the project (consultants, banks, project managers, general contractors, etc);

- Financial analysis of acquisitions and development opportunities via financial modelling, analysis of cash flows;

- Participate in the management of projects such as feasibility analysis, entitlement processes, financing, design, contracting, and construction management.

Asset Manager|Real Estate Investment & Asset Management company

- MSc degree in Engineering/Architecture/Economic/Finance/Management or similar;

- 1+ years related experience wothin a Real Estate investment/asset management firm;

- Strong analytical skills and ability to read and understand key real estate agreements;

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word;

- Proficiency in Italian and English;

- Excellent communication and time management skills.
