**Job Purpose

The new role aims to lead asset management within our dynamic team, ensuring the optimisation of asset performance and contributing to the strategic growth of our portfolio. This position demands a high level of analytical skills, problem-solving capabilities, and effective communication to spearhead initiatives that enhance asset value.

**Key Responsibilities**:

**Asset Strategy and Optimisation**:

- Formulate and implement asset management strategies to maximise performance and value.

- Undertake thorough market analysis and benchmark assets against industry standards.

**Portfolio Management and Reporting**:

- Oversee detailed financial analysis and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.

- Collaborate with internal teams to produce comprehensive asset management reports.

- Use analytical skills to interpret and present data insights for stakeholders.

**Client Engagement and Relationship Building**:

- Foster strong relationships with clients, delivering clear and informative communication regarding asset status and strategy.

- Utilise written communication skills to produce thorough reports and presentations.

**Leadership and Team Collaboration**:

- Lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary team to achieve set objectives and deadlines.

- Promote a collaborative work environment, encouraging input from all team members to enrich problem-solving and decision-making processes.

**Compliance and Governance**:

- Ensure all activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

- Steer asset management practices towards responsible investment with a focus on ESG goals.

**Job Requirements**:

**Professional Expertise and Skills**:

- Exceptional problem-solving aptitude with strong analytical capabilities.

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, in both Italian and English.

- Competence in presentation delivery for diverse audiences.

**Preferred Qualifications and Experience**:

- Relevant degree or professional qualification in finance, economics, architecture, or a related field.

- Substantial experience in asset management or a similar role, demonstrating functional expertise.

- Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
