In this position, the resource will be involved in: Asset Management & Efficiency: Drive continuous improvement initiatives in asset management cycles to optimize both the technical and economic performance of assets, maximizing their utilization.
Maritime Tools & Support: Offer timely and accurate support for maritime tools and systems coordinated by the department, helping the vessel's crew navigate and use these resources effectively.
Vessel Support & Compliance: Provide support to the vessel Master and Crew to ensure full compliance with maritime regulations, certification, and vessel procedures.
System Development & Improvement: Contribute to the development and continuous enhancement of the ISM (International Safety Management) system, ensuring efficient and effective management of assets and operational procedures.
Technical Reporting & Analysis: Ensure timely and accurate development of technical reports and analyses.
Asset Integrity & Compliance: Assist in the development and maintenance of asset integrity systems to ensure compliance with international maritime regulations, including IMO, SOLAS, and MODU, as well as vessel certifications.
Documentation Management: Collaborate in managing and organizing critical vessel documentation, including technical drawings, manuals, P&I, and certificates, ensuring they are up to date and easily accessible.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Naval Engineering or Maritime Affairs and Regulation.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerBi, SharePoint).
Strong written and spoken English skills.
Willingness to travel abroad for missions.
IT Skills: Strong interest in digital tools, software development, and applications to enhance maritime operations and asset management.
Interest in data analysis and reporting systems.
Interest or experience in predictive and condition-based maintenance approaches.
Knowledge of big data analysis and system integration.
