Job Description
Purpose of Position**:
The Assistant Brand Manager will be responsible, together with his/her Brand Manager, for Brand results in terms of Revenues, Profits, Market Shares, and special brand project results in terms of image indicators and In-Store Implementations within the Italian Market.
**What Your Impact Will Be**:
You will support the Brand Manager into:
- Proactively participating to the definition of the integrated marketing plans in order to support products/lines launch;
- Forecasting/fine tuning sales volumes for product portfolio and constantly monitoring results;
- Definition and implementation of the marketing plan for his Brands, according to corporate strategies and within the Marketing Manager guidelines, managing all the marketing tools;
- Participating into the management of the Advertisement and Promotion Budget
- Definition and implementation of all the ATL and BTL (i. e.
TV, online, media, PR, etc.
)
- Sell-in and sell-out monitoring to define actions based on most relevant insights;
- Line selection and pricing strategy of products' portfolio;
- Autonomously managing relations with several external stakeholders (i. e.
partner, licensors, media agencies, pr agencies, events, etc.
)
- Supporting sales force on a regular basis;
- Participate in implementing Customer Marketing initiatives & in-store activities for his/her Brands.
Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills & good Digital expertise;

- Ability to work on a wide variety of projects within deadlines;

- Fluent in written and spoken Italian and English
**Education
- University degree (MSc) in Business Administration, Management, Marketing Management or managerial engineering
**Experience
- 2 years of experience in marketing and/or digital field
- Experience in similar position in an international FMCG firm is considered a plus
