Founded in Spring 2021 in Italy, Neulabs has a mission: to build a new consumer goods platform by acquiring and scaling winning brands.

**Who you are**:

You are a fresh graduate (or still graduating) and gained little experience (side-projects or internships) in digital context.

You have outstanding skills in interpreting data to transform them into action, with meticulous attention to KPIs and deadlines.

You are proficient in English.

We really like you if you are passionate about e-commerce and marketplaces.

Passionate about têxtile and / or fashion is a plus.

**What you will do**:

- General Brand Manager's Right Hand, in all Business Management and Growth activities

- Understand the market trends, listen to the customers' needs to implement actions

- Analyze product-related data to identify areas of improvement

- Manage suppliers delivery & products stock

- Support digital marketing campaigns & photoshoots

- Support event management & partnerships management

- Support B2B expansion & samples delivery

**Who you will work with**:

- Data Driven.

You use data to translate analysis into actions to maximize brand positioning (google analystics could be considerated a plus)

- Entrepreneur with hands on mentality.

You will be responsible for the brand, so you do not have to be afraid of making decision nor to get your hands dirty
