**Who are we looking for?

We're looking for a** Assistant Buyer **to help us reach our organic goals

**What you will do**:

- Understanding of sales, stock, profit and markdown key indicators.

- Analyze weekly reports and work with Buyers to review risks and maximize opportunities.

- Constant site monitoring of how products are presented, any inaccuracies in price, information or images.

- Work with Graphic and Marketing team to co-ordinate actions in line with sales budgets and brand requirements.

- Coordinate with the admin and warehouse team to manage daily operation and take corrective actions when necessary

- Order Administration; analyzing stock, writing orders, reviewing details, checking confirmations and revising accordingly.

- Proactive product sourcing in conjunction with Buyers.

- Regular Competitor analysis and feedback to team

- Monitor and review sales performance

- Identify and communicate opportunities within category assortment based on sales trends and gaps in the assortment

- Support the Buyer in defining and planning marketing and visibility activities for the brands, according to LVR priorities - including new launches, brands support, events

- Work with the Buyer to monitor marketing campaigns and analyze visibility activities results

- Support the Buyer in developing the offline beauty strategy (assortment mix and brand initiatives) in the store

- Support the Buyer in developing new beauty relevant categories and taking actions to make the business growing globally

**Requirements for this role**:

- Full proficiency in Italian and English

- Good knowledge of Excel

- Great attention to details

- Problem solving

- Pro-active and team worker

- Degree in Economics or similar

- Passion for Beauty is a must

**Location**:

We are based in Milan, Italy.

This role can be performed in a **hybrid form (office/remote).
