TASK RESPONSIBILITIES: Familiarity with Flight Ops for Flight Dispatch, Navigation & Performance;Assist Flight Ops as EFB Administration;Assist in development and implementation of the Annual Compliance Monitoring Plan to conform to established standards;Verify that rules and procedures are clearly defined and followed by different departments;Follow legal requirements when preparing and making the Annual Compliance Monitoring Plan;Enhance awareness of compliance amongst company staff;Follow the company manual and the MSM, supporting management in their individual responsibilities for implementing the Cargolux Italia compliance concept, in accordance with regulatory and company requirements;Identify and record any concerns or findings, along with necessary evidence;Ensure the efficient implementation of corrective actions taken;Follow up on all non-compliance detected during audits/inspections;Manage regulation's compliance checklist;Check company manuals as per reporting managers' instructions;Familiarity with compliance/quality working environment;Assist safety and Flight Ops department. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION: High School Degree;Basic knowledge of operational matters;Knowledge of applicable regulations;Knowledge of Cargolux Italia procedures and processes;Knowledge of English language (written and spoken);Good communication skills.
