TASK RESPONSIBILITIES: Familiarity with Flight Ops for Flight Dispatch, Navigation & Performance; Assist Flight Ops as EFB Administration; Assist in development and implementation of the Annual Compliance Monitoring Plan to conform to established standards; Verify that rules and procedures are clearly defined and followed by different departments; Follow legal requirements when preparing and making the Annual Compliance Monitoring Plan; Enhance awareness of compliance amongst company staff; Follow the company manual and the MSM, supporting management in their individual responsibilities for implementing the Cargolux Italia compliance concept, in accordance with regulatory and company requirements; Identify and record any concerns or findings, along with necessary evidence; Ensure the efficient implementation of corrective actions taken; Follow up on all non-compliance detected during audits/inspections; Manage regulation's compliance checklist; Check company manuals as per reporting managers' instructions; Familiarity with compliance/quality working environment; Assist safety and Flight Ops department.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION: High School Degree; Basic knowledge of operational matters; Knowledge of applicable regulations; Knowledge of Cargolux Italia procedures and processes; Knowledge of English language (written and spoken); Good communication skills.
