- Familiarity with Flight Ops for Flight Dispatch, Navigation & Performance; - Assist Flight Ops as EFB Administration; - Assist in the development and implementation of the Annual Compliance Monitoring Plan to conform to established standards: Verify that rules and procedures are clearly defined and followed by the different departments;Follow the legal requirements when preparing and making the Annual Compliance Monitoring Plan;Enhance the awareness of compliance amongst the company staff;Follow the company manual and the MSM, supporting management in their individual responsibility for the implementation of the Cargolux Italia compliance concept, in accordance with regulatory and company requirements;Identify and record any concerns or findings, and the evidence necessary to substantiate such concerns or findings;Ensure the efficient implementation of corrective actions taken;Follow up on all non-compliance detected during audits/inspections;Manage the regulation's compliance checklist;Check company manuals as per reporting manager's instructions;Maintain familiarity with a compliance/quality working environment;Assist the safety and Flight Ops department.
