In this position, you will provide general administrative help to the Local Division of Electrification Service (ELSE) and assistance to the Local Division Manager.
You will act as a point of contact for enquiries, providing solutions for those within your scope, and escalating those that require it.
You will be instrumental in the smooth running of administrative processes and procedures within the business, grading the urgency of issues, while providing confidential assistance to the management team.

Business Manager - Operations
**Your responsibilities**:
- Scheduling meetings, taking minutes, maintaining databases and producing reports and presentations for business leaders.
- Organizing and participating in committees, preparing agenda, taking notes of decisions made by management.
- Researching and compiling special reports, presentations, organization charts and internal correspondence on behalf of the business manager.
- Drafting business communication, proposing and elaborating contents to be shared through local division communication channels (i. e.
digital bulletin board but not only) and guaranteeing the proper distribution of such contents so to ensure that knowledge is shared and colleagues are informed.
- Making purchases for various services of the local division.
- Supporting for debt collection and obtaining payments from customers.
- Arranging business-critical internal/external events, including arranging travel, developing itineraries, booking accommodation, registering for conferences and coordinating with visiting speakers, among other tasks.
**Your background**:
- Experience in an administrative or assistant role is considered a plus.
- The ability to prioritize and multitask, with excellent planning skills.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor, along with a dynamic and enthusiastic approach to tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Power Point, Word.
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
