Assistant Events Manager
Reports to Events Manager.
**Main duties & responsibilities**:
- Manage all the correspondence and phone call with guests according to our high standards and procedures;
- Securing and booking requested services and wedding options;
- Support the Events Manager about other tasks regarding to the organization of the events.
- Collaborate with the Events Manager to produce detailed proposals for events and liaising with Guests to ascertain their precise event requirements;
- Collaborate with the Events Manager for a constant update of entertainment opportunities within the area, in order to differentiate each event and satisfy high Guests' expectation;
- Handling client queries and troubleshooting on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly, and making sure that all the events within the hotel meet the hotel's level of quality standards;
- Collaborate with the Events Manager in the operational aspects of the events
- Compliance with health and safety regulations.

He/she efficiently prioritises and handles multiple demands and tasks.
Ability to work in a multi-task environment and under pressure.
- Fluency in English.
- At least 1 year of carrier experience in hotel or in travel/tourism business.
Previous experiences in a wedding organizer agency are a plus
