**Your key responsibilities***:

Rocco Forte Hotels are a collection of iconic hotels that respects the individuality of location and its team members, encouraging them to be their natural selves while providing a local, authentic experience to our guests.

As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:

- Lead an outstanding department by setting high standards, providing guidance and development in order to achieve consistently high levels of service;

- Create and seek opportunities to learn and to develop others to drive performance of the department and the hotel;

- Ensure that housekeeping requests by Guests are responded to in a timely and efficient manner and where possible anticipate Guest's needs;

- Guarantee daily inspection of Guest rooms, public areas, back of the house areas to maintain and reach our service standard;

- Help in maintaining all department inventories and cleaning schedules;

- Support the Executive Housekeeper to maintain the décor of staff house, lockers and back of the house;

- Assist the Executive Housekeeper in the housekeeping staff appraisal, training and development;

- Comply with the financial objectives of the department.

**Who we are looking for**:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals who are passionate about celebrating the individuality of our hotels and guests. We are looking for team members who bring:

- High personal and professional standards

- Excellent communication skills with colleagues, guests and management team

- Thorough practical knowledge of the department, individual roles and responsibilities

- Confidence to lead, encourage, motivate and manage the department to exceed expectations

- Fluent in Italian

- English knowledge (intermediate level)

- PC literate

- Previous professional experience in the same role is preferred

- High School certificate.
