KWS Italia S. p. A. is** looking for an **Assistant production technician** for their cross-crop activities based in **Forlì**.

This position is **full-time.

**What you can expect in this role**:

- Executing agricultural work in seed production fields, such as driving tractors, spraying, irrigation, etc.

- Coordinate activities efficiently with all relevant stakeholders, such as workers, farmers, suppliers, etc.

- Support technicians in evaluations and field inspections.

- Supervise the workers in the fields and inspect their work quality.

- Harvest and transplanting.

- Executing other agricultural activities with other crops such as oil seed rape, rye, sorghum, and greenhouse.

- Preparing regular or ad-hoc reports for Management as and when required regarding field activities.

- Support ad-hoc activities as and when required by the Management.

- Ensure all operational activities are executed and personnel under own responsibility works in line with the company's health and safety regulations.

**What you bring in**:

- Residing in Forlì or willing to relocate

- Sound agricultural know-how, preferably experienced in sugar beet seed production

- Having a valid driver's license

- Having a valid forklift driver's license (or will be able to obtain in)

- Fluent in Italian, intermediate English

- High flexibility and willingness to travel within production regions

- Effective communication, teamwork, problem-solving, delivering results, continuous development
