The ideal candidate is passionate about providing authentic, luxury experiences in world-renowned destinations to our guests, demonstrating care, confidence, and curiosity.
He/she is enthusiastic about service and eager to grow professionally. Key Responsibilities: Greeting guests and ensuring efficient and friendly check-in and check-out processesRooming guests and answering inquiries about the hotel and local areaOrganizing special requests and liaising with all hotel departments to ensure high service standardsImplementing Leading Quality Assurance and Belmond StandardsSupporting, training, and supervising front office staffSupervising workload during shifts and maintaining communication with all departmentsEnsuring accurate room status information and resolving guest issues promptly and courteouslyConducting regular meetings with the front office team and reviewing daily reportsEnsuring the implementation of hotel policies and house rulesOperating front office computer systems and ensuring timely responses to messages and emailsMaintaining an organized filing system with all documentationRequirements: At least 2 years of experience in the same role in luxury hotelsAbility to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressureFluent in Italian and English.
A third Language is requiredHigh standards of serviceKnowledge of Microsoft Office package and major hotel operating systemsGood communication skillsOther Requirements: Effective communication, emotional intelligence, adaptabilityWillingness to work as a team playerAbility to provide genuine and consistent high levels of service by anticipating and exceeding guest and colleague expectationsTreating each other with respect and inclusiveness regardless of position, level, or backgroundBenefits: Seasonal labor contract according to C.
