In this way, you'll be making our hotel something special. . .

- Assisting Front Office Manager, you will be in charge to be a point of reference for both all the Front Office people and other departments

- You'll make sure that the operations, both about welcoming guests and administration, go ahead smoothly

- You'll take care of tutoring, inspiring and training younger colleagues

- You'll collaborate with Front Office Manager in organizing shifts, so that everybody can be happy (may be almost all)

Your experience and personality add that certain something extra. . .

- You've completed a course of training in the hotel business, gained professional experience and can speak both Italian and English fluently

- You can inspire and help colleagues but also guests; you know how to be a reference in daily duties as well as in unexpected situations

- You have a good knowledge of PMSs especially Oracle Opera, and may be even the Cloud version

- You're not just bringing your abilities, but also your personality
