Assistant General Store Manager - Orefici 11

**We're looking for an outstanding Assistant General Store Manager to join our Orefici 11 team based in Milan.
OREFICI11 is an innovative retail space that features products from The North Face®, Timberland®, Napapijri®.
Housed inside a historic building at 11 Orefici Street in Milan, Italy, the store will deliver a unique retail experience featuring The North Face®, Timberland® and Napapijri®, with other VF brands periodically showcasing their premium collections.
Surrounded by international offices and high-street retail brands, the 22, 000 square-foot space will span three levels and feature advanced technology to deliver immersive brand experiences and virtual journeys through the store.
**As Assistant General Store Manager, you will lead and nurture a team, whilst displaying your own initiative to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

**How you'll make a difference
We expect that our Assistant General Store Manager helps deliver memorable sales experiences by:
- Be responsible for store and staff organization
- Focused on the achievement of sales target across all brands, interacting and collaborating with brands and brand teams
- Guide, motivate and support the store team in ensuring a customer-oriented approach
- Implement our established retail processes while striving to improve them
- Monitor key retail operating procedures
- Present performance metrics reports and demonstrate understanding of KPIs to improve store results
- Manage and optimize in-store custumer flow to ensure ONE VF approach
- Drive the highest level of customer satisfaction through premium service
- Make sure the store has an attractive aesthetic, in line with the brand's visual merchandising policies
- Ensure high level of people engagement and commitment towards the store's goals
- Conduct performance appraisals and 1:1 on a regular basis with the team to assess training needs and build career development path
- Coaching sales staff as needed
- In charge of planning team shift using internal management systems
- Share targets and achievements to all team, coaching and motivating them to grow
- Working closely with HR on recruiting and team management

- You have experience in all facets of running a store, including budgeting and planning, retail operations and merchandising.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication in both Italian and English
- You are proficient in the use of MS Office and different POS systems.
- You are flexible when it comes to working weekends, evenings, and holidays as necessary
