**Job Summary**: Respond to guests requests for special arrangemets and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

Welcome and aknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests' services needs.

**What will you be doing?

Gather, summarize and provide information to guests about the property and the sourrounding area amenities

Answer, record and process all guests calls, messages, requests or concerns.

Contact departments to solve any request

Monitor common areas for services, safety and well-being of guests

Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards

Control the day to day operations in order to provide an efficient, corteus, effective and friendly service to all of our guests assuring that the product knowlede, policies and procedures are adhered to.

Be fully conversant with all of the hotel's facilities, with up to date product knowledge and to be aware of all current promotional activities that are being offered throught the hotel

Activetely participate in up-selling and cross-selling the Hotel facilities, promoting and suggesting improvements to the facilities and services we provide.

**What are we looking for?

- Previous experience as Les Clefs D'Or concierge in a five star hotel chain

- Les Clefs D'or

- English Language Proficiency, a second language will be appreciates

- Knowledge of Lhw Standards

- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, flexibility, and availability to work in a dynamic team

- Highly responsible & reliable

- Attention to detail

- Integrity and Proactivity

- Ability to work well under pressure

- Ability to work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team

- Ability to focus attention on guest and colleagues' needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
