**EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

**Essential Qualifications/Experience:

- Experience in stock management and accounting

- Experience ln supply/procurement, including requisition, receipt, storage and accountability

**DUTIES/ROLE**:

- Responsible for procurement of CE, AV, ADP and spare/repair parts

- Responsible for supervising the preparation and submission of purchase request

- Manages open-end contracts for the purchase of spare/repair parts

- Supervises petty cash purchases and vouchers as outlined in ACE and SHAPE directives

- Co-ordinates with requesters in the preparation of "Sole Source" justifications when a single supplier or a specific item is required

- Co-ordinates transactions with local vendors and military suppliers such as depots

- Reconciles problems in the automated supply accounting system

- Co-ordinates with the Budget Office on the availability of funds for the procurement of material

- Performs research of catalogues to identify procurement sources

- Checks procurement request for completeness of pertinent information.
