**Job Purpose
We are looking for a committed, dynamic, entrepreneurial Sales Manager Assistant.
You will work in Milan to support the Italian Team to grow sales and demand generation of our exciting and successful brand in Italy.
You will organize our events by involving pharmacists, sales people, distributors, influencers, journalists, agencies, and industry experts.
You will be the point of reference for sales person, pharmacists, our brand ambassadors by following their training and supporting them in the points of sale.
**Role and Responsibilities
- Organization of events and marketing campaigns, with the involvement of influencers, journalists, agencies, and industry experts;
- Plan and evaluate the activities of the Sales departments in the company;
- Organize regional and divisional sales operations;
- Establish organizational policies and procedures related to sales;
- Determine strategic planning in relation to new product lines;
- Direct the Brand Ambassadors team in establishing customer relations, collaborate in the achievement of goals, devise new and original strategies and techniques necessary to achieve sales objectives;
- Research and identify sales opportunities and identify potential customers;
- Represent the company during events.

**Education**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Digital Communication field
**Language**:
- Italian
- English (B2/C1)
