What you'll need to have
You'll we support in leading and coaching the restaurant in optimizing and develop the IKEA Retail Food business, considering the IKEA brand position, strategies, legal compliance and people and planet positive in all IKEA touchpoints as well as promoting IKEA as a great place to work.
You'll be involved in ensuring IKEA Retail Food in commercial calendar, develop commercial initiatives and food competence in the store.
Act as a commercial business partner within the IKEA business in the store.
Good knowledge of:
- Proven ability to maintain effective work and leadership behavior in the face of setbacks or pressure
- IKEA Food business solutions, compliance standards and Food safety standards
- Local food legislations, National business direction, Consumer and Market research, Food Trends and Customer buying behaviour
- Communication skills and ability to build trustful relationships
- Analytical, planning and organizational skills and ability to identify new business
- Experience in leading a multi-faceted high-volume business
- Ability to handle multiple topics and changing priorities/deadlines
- Ability to deliver strong business results through people
- Experience in a customer facing environment
- Capable of communicating in English and Italian both in writing and verbally
What you'll be doing day to day
- You'll contributes to the implementation of global and national compliance standards to secure a safe environment for customers and co-workers.
- You'll ensure the commercial agenda by securing that retail foundations and sales steering tools, food safety and Swedishness is in place
- You'll be involved in leading and implementing the commercial strategy and commercial calendar in collaboration with relevant stakeholders according to the stores IKEA Retail Food communication strategy
- You'll develop and improve by seeking and acting upon customer feedback
- You'll ensure that the customer restaurant is in shape as new, common store planning solutions and vitality packages are implemented and you'll secure that excellence in operations and high-quality standards of customer experience in the customer and co-worker restaurant and optimized levels of commerciality are achieved by cooperating effectively with the Kitchen Production Manager
- You'll contribute to the creation and implementation of the unit business plan and the IKEA Retail Food business plan and other action plans and you'll ensures that the team has the correct competence regarding the IKEA Food range and the IKEA services and can share this with customers in a good way
- You'll help to identify, recruit, introduce, and develop the many talents and develop an high performing team through building IKEA Food and IKEA competence and leadership and empowering co-workers to act on their own initiative
