Naples-style pizzas to Northern Ireland.

Since the opening of the flagship restaurant on Ann Street in Belfast the Little Wing family has grown to include ten restaurants throughout Northern Ireland!

We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant l Manager to join our Little Wing, Holywood , Management team.

About the Job!

This role is to assist the General Manager in controlling the outlet according to company guide lines and assist in maximizing the revenue of food and beverage by consistently providing high quality, professional and well organized service. You will be responsible for assisting the GM in implementing initiatives to drive revenue and footfall for the restaurant, implementing local marketing initiatives, creating close ties with local community and charity groups, and working with your team to deliver a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.

This is a full-time position, and you will be expected to work approximately 40 hour per week, (over five shifts including weekends).

As reward you can expect a competitive salary of £27, 000 -£30, 000, paid fortnightly.

What skills do you need?

Essential Criteria 1 years' experience in a similar position of Assistant Manager or Supervisor level in a fast paced restaurant environment.
