**Sales Performance**: Drive sales and meet/exceed targets through effective team management, product knowledge, and strategic merchandising.

**Team Leadership**: Lead and inspire a team of sales associates, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

**Visual Merchandising**: Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create compelling displays that showcase our products and reinforce the brand image.

**Inventory Management**: Oversee inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and implement effective stock control measures.

**Training and Development**: Identify training needs, provide coaching, and support the professional growth of team members.

**Qualifications**:

Proven experience in a managerial role within the retail industry, preferably in high-end menswear.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for fashion and a deep understanding of current trends.

Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
