**Job Purpose**:

As a committed and dynamic Sales Manager Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the Italian team in growing sales and demand for our exciting and successful brand in Italy.

Your role will involve organizing events, engaging with pharmacists, salespeople, distributors, influencers, journalists, agencies, and industry experts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Organize events and marketing campaigns, involving influencers, journalists, agencies, and industry experts.

- Plan and evaluate the activities of the Sales departments within the company.

- Coordinate regional and divisional sales operations.

- Establish sales-related organizational policies and procedures.

- Contribute to strategic planning for new product lines.

- Lead the Brand Ambassadors team in building customer relations, collaborating to achieve goals, and developing innovative strategies to meet sales objectives.

- Identify sales opportunities and potential customers through research and analysis.

- Represent the company during events.
