Within the Logistics deparment, the resource will be included in the Customer Service team and will assist the Operations Manager and Production Manager in managing clients new order on the foreign market.

Specifically, he/she will have the task of:

- logistics management:

creation of packaging lists, creation of sales labels, shipment monitoring;

- generation ofsupply orders to production and suppliers;

- manage offers, order entry and invoicing, shipping management, any complaints and after-sales activities;

- interface with the Credit and Logistics functions for the fulfillment of payments and the monitoring of shipments;

- Formulate offers, quotes and contracts, negotiating the best conditions of sale;

- direct and daily contact with important customers, guaranteeing adequate assistance especially for changes of goods and supplies;

- Active / passive billing control;

- expense notes;

- Collaboration with the other internal departments of the company:

creative, production, logistics with the aim of being aligned and obtaining the best result.

Attendance is compulsory at the headquarter in the center of Milan every day from Monday to Friday.
