**The Jobs
- Coordinate and schedule the quality services with service providers.
- Prepare and track inspection and testing orders.
- Communicate with internal Departments, external Inspection Institutes, Testing Labs and Suppliers to ensure timely delivery of inspection services and proper documentation.
- Maintain accurate and timely data and document filing in related systems.
- Provide daily administrative support in the Quality Department.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in business administration or equivalent.
- At least 2 years' experience in administration support, preferable in buying office.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of the team in a cross-cultural environment.
- Solution-oriented and attention to details.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
