Job Description What you'll do… Supporting the Restaurant General Manager in overseeing this exciting concept.

Both guest and team experience will be at the heart of all you do.

You'll support your team by leading by example, keeping them involved and motivated; helping them feel empowered and supported, confident in providing top Hox experiences for our guests and comfortable turning to you with questions.

Work closely with the Restaurant General Manager to create and plan initiatives and incentives, alongside a strong understanding of the guest booking and profiling system to drive revenue.

Work closely with the Restaurant General Manager, Head Chef and Sous Chefs so that front of house and back of house are working smoothly, hand-in-hand.

Coordinate with Restaurant Manager for everyday operation and maintain financial and administrative records.

Gather customer feedback and recommend improvements.

Work with the whole F&B team to ensure proper food presentation and proper food-handling procedures.

Handle guest complaints and ensure satisfaction.

Perform regular inspection of food and beverage preparation and presentation and maintain inventory to enhance sales.

Scheduling and maintaining budgeted labour.

Responsible for the smooth running of service on the floor and bar and safe opening and closing of the restaurant and F&B areas.

Driving standards throughout the team through implementation of trainings, coaching, feedback and briefings for all team members in the restaurant and bar.

2+ years' experience in a similar restaurant management role in a busy, bustling environment.

A balance between a methodical and process-driven approach and flexibility and creativity when it comes to meeting deadlines and finding solutions.

A track record of managing large teams in restaurants, kitchens and bars; you're a natural at inspiring trust and bringing others along on a journey.

A natural at leading and managing others, you lead by example and create an environment where your team can be their best self.
