**Your key responsibilities***:
Rocco Forte Hotels are a collection of iconic hotels that respects the individuality of location and its team members, encouraging them to be their natural selves while providing a local, authentic experience to our guests.
As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:
- Manage an outstanding team, ensuring excellent cooperating across departments whilst leading by example;
- Manage and support team members to ensure that five-star service standards are maintained at all times;
- Manage performance including delivering orientations, trainings to ensure overall quality and skills building;
- Oversee the Restaurant service supporting the Maître when needed;
- Support the Restaurant Manager in accomplishing human resources objectives by scheduling staff rotas, coaching, counselling and disciplining employees;
- Support the Restaurant Manager in reaching restaurant financial goals, in drafting inventory, in controlling stock level and costs;
- Support the Restaurant Manager in organising events in the Hotel under the F&B Manager supervision (e. g. banquets, weddings);
- Take ownership of decisions and actions including handling guest complaints and comments.

**Who we are looking for**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals who are passionate about celebrating the individuality of our hotels and guests. We are looking for team members who bring:
- High personal and professional standards
- Strong instincts when it comes to fulfilling the needs of guests
- Excellent communication skills with colleagues and guests
- English knowledge at Advanced level
- Knowledge of F&B management software (e. g. Quadranet)
- Professional experience in a similar role in 5 stars hotels and/or well-known restaurants
- Valid HACCP certification
- Certificate as Professional Sommelier and/ or gastronomy studies preferred
- Confidence and good nature in leading your team in a high-pressured environment
- Previous experience as trainer is a plus
- Preferable evidence of self-development through specialized courses, conferences/workshops
