**_At Park Hyatt:_
- We are looking for an Assistant Rooms Supervisor for our hotel.
The Assistant Rooms assist and reports the Rooms Supervisor in managing all aspects of the department, managing the department in the absence of the Director.
The mission and intent of the Assistant Rooms Supervisor is governing the operations of the Cleaning and Laundry department; ensuring that our guest rooms, public areas and employee areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hyatt standards. _
**_Main Duties and responsibilities:_
- Assist Rooms Supervisor in managing daily activities;_
- _Be responsible of the Housekeeping Department during the Director of Housekeeping absence;_
- _Supervises housekeeping staff as duties are being performed and tasks of laundry staff;_
- _Perform daily inspection of all public areas, guestrooms, exterior of building and back house areas, to ensure that the highest standards are met and ensures that all common areas are kept clean and free from hazards;_
- _Organizes all staff during the day and hosts daily meetings with housekeeping staff;_
- _Plan departmental scheduling (schedules days off, holidays, and vacations, ensuring that facility's needs are met in accordance with hours and position control);_
- _Plan daily, weekly and monthly assignments and projects for all Room Attendants, Public Area Attendants, Housemen and Laundry Attendants;_
- _Motivate, train and supervise all Housekeeping and Laundry colleagues;_
- _Act as a liaison to coordinate the efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry;_
- _Run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update status of departing guest rooms;_
- _Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk with questions and basic requests;_
- _Inspect, check and release hotel rooms for arrivals in accordance with set Park Hyatt and ensures that rooms are kept clean and free from hazards;_
- _Prepare, distribute, and communicate changes in room assignments and issues to next shift;_
- _Stocks and maintains supply rooms; orders supply according to a budget;_
- _Receives, processes, and handles guest complaints in regard to housekeeping services;_
- _Perform administrative duties_

**Qualifications**:
- Work experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role;
- Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organizations;
- Excellent organizational and team management skills;
- Degree in Hospitality Management or similar field preferred;
- Confident and fluent in written and verbal English, the knowledge of other languages is preferred;
- Flexible schedules and working hours, willingness to work on weekends & holidays.
