You will be learning a lot by assisting our Spare Parts, Field Service and Rolls engineers in sales and marketing activities for the relevant segments and sectors, executing routine quotations, preparing HSE documentations as requested, also supporting payroll function.

This is a temporary position, but who knows which further opportunities may came afterwards!

Your daily tasks will include:

- Prepare quotations and order acknowledgements, deliver to customer, and distribute inside the organization and file

- Inform Accounting, via local ERP, when it is time for invoicing

- Send customers or other Valmet units the notice of goods ready for shipment

- Follow-up order processing and invoicing to guarantee proper cash flow, follow-up payments overdue and send relevant reminders

- Keep customers data up to date

- Possibly take care of some purchasing operations

- Administrative operations, like checking travel expenses report and similar

- Prepare, in cooperation with Sales, Engineers and Project Managers, the safety documents needed for sales and project visits as well as for site activities

- Keep up-to-date and file the safety documents relevant to the facility and to the office

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Technical or Commercial High School diploma

- 1-3 years' experience in similar position, in a technical environment

- Be well Organized, Flexible, Independent, Proactive and target orientated with a strong work ethic

- Analytical person who can effectively manage timelines and deadlines and must have an accurate and precise approach

- Excellent English, written and spoken; possibly also a second language (French, German or Spanish)

Be open to learning, willing to share your own ideas and to perform a variety of work assignments to benefit the team and customers
