Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day running. Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve individual and store sales objectives. Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management. Develop loyalty with clients by building long-lasting relationships. Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in retail. Exceptional communication skills, energetic, organised, proactive approach and with an influential personality. The ability to lead and motivate others is key to success. English language is a must, French a plus. Offering:
