ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER - PREMIUM KIDSWEAR ROME, CENTRAL AREA About: French kidswear fashion house Brand values are freedom, quality and durability Heritage, attention to details and research into unique fabrics and techniques Commitment towards the defence of the natural environment and future generations Responsibilities: Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day running Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve individual and store sales objectives Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management Develop loyalty with clients by building long-lasting relationships Assist in managing inventory levels, including receiving and processing new stock, conducting regular stock counts, and ensuring accurate product availability Requirements: Minimum of 3/4 years of experience in a similar role in premium retail Exceptional communication skills, energetic, organised, proactive approach and with an influential personality The ability to lead and motivate others is key to success Able to deal with clients at all levels, great team player and open management style English language is a must, French a plus Offering: Salary up to €28000, based on experience Company benefits Bonus scheme This is an urgent vacancy - if this position is of interest, please apply now with your updated CV for an immediate interview.
