- Jil Sander is looking for the perfect profile for the Store in Milan as Assistant Store Manager**Responsibilities**:

- Support the team to transform each customer's experience into an excellent and unique one.

- Create an authentic and lasting bond with colleagues by promoting professional growth, listening with respect and inclusion

- Be a link, in the sales area, between colleagues and the store manager to guide and achieve individual and team objectives and act as a mentor for the team by

proactively offering insights, reflections and experiences- support the store manager in driving the store's strategy to achieve the best sales performance

- Actively contribute to the development and implementation of corporate action plans to increase sales for each product category and customer segment

- Provide excellent and specialized customer service to develop long-term relationships thanks to CRM initiatives

- Become a role model for quality sales and self-leadership by playing an active role within the team and helping to solve problems with positive results

- Support and give team members the opportunity to carry out activities effectively and independently, generating enthusiasm and a positive team spirit

**Requirements**:

- 3/4 years of experience in the luxury fashion in similar roles

- Proactivity, enthusiasm, fashion knowledge, management skills and problem solving are the main characteristics required.
