WE ARE LOOKING FOR A NEW ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER IN OUR SANDRO STORE LOCATED IN NOVENTA DI PIAVE OUTLET!

As an ambassador of the brand, your role will include the following:

MANAGEMENT

- Coordinate and supervise a sales team

- Promote the high-end image of the brand internally and externally

- Ensure that the sales team is appropriately trained on a day-to-day basis

- Participate in the recruitment of new staff members and reach and attract the best applicants

SALES

- Create and retain customer loyalty by giving appropriate and personalized advice

- Welcome and assist our high-end customers

- Contribute to the development of our brand's image by giving a unique, personalized, bespoke service

- Increase revenue by making our products attractive

- Follow the instructions of the head office regarding how the business is to be run and ensure they are carried out

MERCHANDISING

- Organize the shop floor and arrange our products according to company guidelines

- Ensure that the store is organized and our products are arranged according to the instructions of Head - Office and the Store Manager

- Ensure that our store's visual standards are market-leading

OPERATIONS

- Ensure the smooth running of the store

- Manage inventory and stock replenishment

Profilo

PROFILE

- At least 2 year of work experience as Assistant Store Manager in the area of high-end ready-to-wear

- Passion for fashion and have a good knowledge of the sector and its trends

- Ability to supervise and motivate a team and are willing to take on challenges

- High level of customer service and business sense

- Excellent personal appearance and communication skills

- Good stress management, flexibility and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Fluent English; other languages are a plus
