He/She is responsible for all day-to-day operational issues and is the first point of contact for the Store Manager regarding all store operations and team management. Sales and Business DevelopmentSupports the Store Manager in delivering outstanding results. Assists in optimizing global sales performance, increasing customer service standards, and developing team product knowledge and selling skills. Provides necessary information to the Retail/Area Manager. Client Management and CRMGuarantees and actively participates in managing customer relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction, coordinating the store team, and implementing guidelines set by the Store Manager. Provides a best-in-class customer experience alongside the Store Manager, holding the team accountable and liaising with the Retail/Area Manager. Coordinates and supports clienteling activities with the Store Manager. Directly manages relations with Top/VIC customers when necessary. People Management & Talent DevelopmentInstills cohesion amongst the team, ensuring they perform their responsibilities to the best of their abilities. Assists in defining and monitoring quantitative and qualitative goals. Identifies and implements appropriate learning and development activities for the sales team. Ensures observance of all internal procedures. Operations and ProceduresMaintains complete knowledge of all store procedures and oversees their execution. Guarantees the implementation of security procedures (opening and closure security procedures, health & safety measures, etc.
). Conducts training activities to ensure effective control of selling areas and prevent theft. Oversees administrative tasks (opening and closures, cash, receipts and invoices, end-of-day closing, sales anomalies, etc.
). Manages store suppliers (invoices and expenses management). Ensures appropriate implementation of LP store operating model and daily execution. Ensures adequate store supply management and maintenance. ProfilePrevious experience as a team manager/supervisor/assistant SM in a luxury store. Solid knowledge of luxury retail dynamics. Passion for people management. Alignment with Loro Piana brand and image. Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP Retail, and reporting tools.
