**For our Flagship Store located in Milano San Babila, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Assistant Store Manager.

In particular, he/she will be focused on the continuous improvement of the team by allocating tasks and responsibilities by leading the team to achieve the sales targets (quantitative and qualitative), by supporting individual and team performance improvement and by guaranteeing the delivery of excellent customer service/experience/journey in order to improve the overall performances.

He/she will contribute to improve the commercial performance through the technical knowledge of the product, the numerical analysis of sales and stocks, the rotation of the product on the floor and the supervision of replenishment and visual equipment.

As an Assistant Store Manager, he/she will play an important role in leading, creating the right culture, developing and inspiring the team to deliver outstanding customer service and to convey the proper image of our extra-ordinary brand.

**THE ROLE'S MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES, WITH THE STORE MANAGER, ARE**:

- Sales & Profit

- People Management

- Customer Service

- Merchandising Management

- Visual Merchandising

- Operations

- Loss Prevention

- Legal Compliance

- Brand Protection

- Liaising with influencers and VIPs in Store

**MAIN INTERFACES**:

The role will report to the Flagship Store Manager of San Babila Store and will work closely with the management team of the Store.

Frequent interaction with the Operation Management of the Area and with the Headoffice functions directly involved in Store activities.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 5/6 years of experience and in a managerial role in well-structured fashion companies

- Excellent analytical and numerical skills;

- Strong Commercial skills and product sensibility;

- Strong managerial skills and team management;

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office especially Excel;

- Fluent in English as well as Italian;

- Strong interest and proved knowledge in the fashion world are mandatory;

- Autonomy and work organization;

- Determination and goal orientation;

- Leadership;

- Proactivity and passion for challenge;

- Goal orientation, ability to work in team, flexibility and availability are key requirements.

- Mobility throughout the country is considered as a plus_

Other information:

Hours: full-time Availability to work on shift from Monday to Sunday.

Permanent contract.
